Our dough is crafted with care using five different types of flour from the Paolo Mariani mill — a symbol of excellence and tradition. We let it rise naturally for at least 48 hours, because we believe that good things take time. The result? A pizza that's light, easy to digest, soft yet crisp, with the warm color and irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread.

All accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and tea. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy our outdoor pool.

We’re in Ostra, in the Marche region — a place that truly engages all your senses. The peaceful countryside pleases the eyes and ears, the scent of flowers fills the air, and you can feel the rich medieval history all around you.
